Campus Office & Central 1 at Sizewell C Temporary Construction Area
TCi FURNITURE WORKS fitted out the two floors of the Campus office in Sizewell C's Temporary Construction Area (TCA) in phases to allow for continuous occupation.
Meeting room tables and chairs were installed to one side or the first-floor office area, to allow the occupiers to move across. Temporary desks were then decanted and relocated ready for their permanent home on another site location, with the remaining permanent desks and canteen units being installed over the next few days.

Successful FF&E (Furniture, Fixings & Equipment) installation in three storey ‘Central 1’ building within Sizewell C’s Temporary Construction Area (TCA).
The project included the decant and transfer of 40 desks from another site location. The building is now fitted out with canteen seating for 304 people, desk space and set-ups for 138, lockers and benches for 628, and meeting room and induction seating for 104.
Limited access and allocation of HGV slots due to ongoing works called for flexible programme management throughout
The Site Operations Project Manager recognised a ‘job well done’ and praised TCi for ongoing flexibility.
