Meet the Team

As an established leadership specialist, behavioural safety champion and experienced project manager, Alex heads up the senior management team at TCi, promoting a strong focus on management, communication and safety culture throughout the company. His expertise in nuclear, defence, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries enable him to advise the team and make decisions quickly and effectively to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Sam’s in-depth product knowledge and understanding of modular facilities enable him to pinpoint solutions with great results. He was instrumental in providing designs to help mitigate Covid-19 risk in office and welfare areas.

Sam has space-planned furniture layouts at some of the UK’s largest sites. He always works with clients to achieve maximum capacity whilst maintaining good space and workflow in adherence with guidelines and recommended practice.

Allan has an excellent, commercial appreciation of projects and understands opportunities and pressures within the industry. He has developed and maintained a multitude of key strategic partnerships and client relationships whilst at TCi and manages the business development team, fostering excellent customer service and communication.

Darren has more than two decades of experience in sales, procurement, operations and service within the office and workplace industry. His breadth of product knowledge and supplier relationships enable effective management of supply and lead times, representing quality and value to clients. Darren is responsible for project delivery, managing logistics and site operations, working collaboratively with clients to achieve excellent results.

Major achievements for TCi have been the procurement and delivery of c.£8m FF&E contract for EDF Hinkley Point C Nuclear New Build and the supply and installation of office and welfare furniture to prestigious projects such as Thames Tideway Tunnel and recently Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
